One of those days..
You know those days when you're like, "Man, I feel so fat!" but then you don't actually weigh more?
*sigh* this isn't one of those days for me...
But we'll skip right over my pity party and get to the facts. Went to the gym and I've got NUMBERS!
No, not boys' numbers- gym numbers.

So I dunno exactly who to blame (cause I can't go blaming myself! No, no, no!) but the past few weeks I've been eating LOTS of sweets. Not just sweets but bagels too! And to my dismay I've gained 5lbs!!!! Okokok, I know that's not a big deal, women's weight fluctuates- still with all these goals in mind, and trying to stay physically active and all it's hard to see a decline rather than progress here. Aaaaanyway.I guess I'll go walk the dog or something..

ONLY 3 MORE DAYS

In other news for funzies I'm going to "cast" for movies I wish were being made. Such as:
TEEN TITANS
... ok so that's all I can think of for now, but as I think of more I'll be "casting" them. :) stay tuned.. s'gonna be real gud.

Getting RIPPED
Well I've never been one to exert myself physically (in any way.) But I've decided part of living life is seeing how far you can push yourself and what you can REALLY do!
(also I'm a huge fan of movies/video games where the female lead kicks all sorts of trash and would love to be that female)
So I'm making goals! Marking where I am and getting serious about seeing some change. I'm not in it to lose weight, no no no- this is all about STRENGTH. I want to get STRONG. However, for records sake I'll throw weight in there. If at the end of this I'm like 160lbs and 4% body fat I'll know how much muscle I gained! (and also that I officially turned into she-hulk)

Mile time: 12 minutes

Mile: 10 minutes

Well we'll see how this goes. The trickiest bit is 2 crucial parts of the equation:: EATING and being consistent. Neither of those things are my forte, so here's to making good/hard changes!

The Loki Sessions: Songs that I sing to {my} Cat
Well more often than not my only audience is a cat. I only wish Loki were my cat, but for simplicity's sake lets say he is. Basically these are a series of songs that I sing to Loki to impress him so he'll be my friend. So far so good, I say!
I got a little (lot) of help on this one so it's a little more impressive than usual. I do apologize for singing too loudly.. that's a problem of mine, I admit.
