Getting RIPPED

Well I've never been one to exert myself physically (in any way.) But I've decided part of living life is seeing how far you can push yourself and what you can REALLY do!
(also I'm a huge fan of movies/video games where the female lead kicks all sorts of trash and would love to be that female)
So I'm making goals! Marking where I am and getting serious about seeing some change. I'm not in it to lose weight, no no no- this is all about STRENGTH. I want to get STRONG.  However, for records sake I'll throw weight in there. If at the end of this I'm like 160lbs and 4% body fat I'll know how much muscle I gained! (and also that I officially turned into she-hulk)

Welp here I go!

weight: 127
pushup max: 5
pullup max: 1
squat max: 55
Mile time: 12 minutes
Bench Max: 75


Goals by MAY 4th:
Weight: n/a
pushup: 20
Pullup: 5
Squat: 60
Mile: 10 minutes
Bench: 80

Well we'll see how this goes. The trickiest bit is 2 crucial parts of the equation:: EATING and being consistent. Neither of those things are my forte, so here's to making good/hard changes!
